Payments

  • Payment is required in full for items of treatment completed during each visit.
  • During your first course of treatment with us we require a payment of 50% of the value of treatment to be carried out at the next visit when making the appointment. If you fail to keep your appointment this is non-refundable. If you need to change the appointment with reasonable notice we will gladly re-appoint you. Also, should you wish to cancel and not re-appoint giving reasonable notice, we will refund your advance payment. Reasonable notice generally means sufficient time for us to re-allocate the time. So if you give 24 hours notice from work day to work day, we could expect to fill one hour, but a four hour appointment cancelled with similar notice may entail you losing 3/4 of your advance payment.
  • Emergency appointments for people attending for the first time requires payment via credit or debit card over the telephone The amount depends on the time allocated.

By setting aside in this way you do not benefit from any interest, instead we use any interest to defray the cost of administering the scheme.
